I used the first workout as a warm up before my ride- it's cold here! It helped so much- I was warm through out my ride and felt like I rode better from minute one since my body was already warmed up.

Hi Josh- I have a Space horse ( with a bit of Mind). I am starting to put into place your recommendations. Short work sessions, breaks, and trying not to nag ( so hard when they are behind the leg!). Any recommendations for increasing sensitivity to the leg- specifically the inside leg? Left isn't bad but right feels like he is pushing/leaning back more than I am. How do I ask and require a response but not nag? I am trying my best to loosen him up and promote freedom. We often end our rides with a 5-10 min brideless session to work on smooth, willing upward transitions....and it is here where I really notice the lack of response to my inside leg (I think with the bridle I can help/support/hopefully not hold him more. Thanks so much. I have been loving your take on horses. The realization that other Space horses existed was mind blowing- It sounded like you were describing my horse perfectly! Now I can start to use that in all my interactions.
