Getting Started with NF+

How do I start a free trial?

In just a few quick steps!

  1. Visit the NF+ Trial Page: Head to the NF+ free trial page, where you'll see the option to sign up for a trial membership.

  2. Sign Up for the Trial: Select your preferred payment frequency–Monthly or Yearly (for additional savings). Click the button to start your 7-day free trial. You’ll need to provide your payment information to activate the trial, but you won’t be charged until the trial ends.

  3. Enjoy NF+ Free for 7 Days: Once signed up, you’ll have full access to all the content–lessons, podcasts, guided rides, office hours, community discussions and more. It’s your chance to explore, learn, and connect with fellow riders. Try it out, soak up the knowledge, and see how NF+ can transform your riding!

  4. Cancel Anytime: If you decide NF+ isn’t for you, you can cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. After the trial, your membership will continue at the regular subscription price unless canceled. Either way, we hope you’ll stay part of the NF family and continue to follow us on Instagram or meet up at in-person events.

How much does a membership cost?

An NF+ membership costs $19.99 per month or $199 per year, giving you:

  • Unlimited access to expert-led video lessons, exclusive podcasts, and community features.

  • New content added every month – including masterclasses, webinars, podcasts and more.

  • A savings of $40 with the annual plan , equal to two free months.

You can start with a 7-day free trial to explore NF+ before committing.

How long do I have access to NF+?

As long as you're an NF+ member, you’ll have unlimited access to the entire library—our Masterclasses, podcasts, Guided, Rides, Office Hours, and entertainment videos are always at your fingertips! Nothing ever expires and new content is added every month. If you decide to end your membership, though, you’ll lose access to all the amazing content, and the supportive community group. So stay with us, and keep learning, growing, and connecting with your horse and fellow riders!


When does my membership expire?

Your membership won’t actually expire—it will auto-renew at the end of each billing period, whether it's monthly or annually, unless you pause or cancel it beforehand. For example, if you signed up for a monthly membership on March 2nd, it would renew on April 2nd. It’s easy to manage your membership through your account settings whenever you need to!


What disciplines is NF+ for?

NF+ began to connect riders with top trainers in the Olympic disciplines, but now has expanded to a platform with education for horsemen of all disciplines and backgrounds. Not only do we offer education in riding and training, but general horsemanship, behavior, mindset, fitness, and horse care. 


How many classes and guided rides does NF+ have?

NF+ offers an impressive selection of over 75+ Masterclasses and Courses, 125 guided rides spread across 12 different collections, and more than 800 videos and counting! With new content added every month, there's always something fresh and exciting to explore. Dive in and enhance your horsemanship journey with this fantastic library of resources!

Navigating Content and Courses

How do I search the content?

NF+ makes it easy to find the content you need with a variety of search options. You can browse by trainer, video length, categories, and more. Use single keywords like “trailering” or apply filters to narrow down exactly what you're looking for—whether it's a specific lesson or a topic that suits your current focus!


How can I save my favorite lessons?

To save your favorite lessons or videos on NF+, simply click the heart icon next to the video. This will add it to your Favorites list for easy access later. You can find all your saved favorites under the "My Library" section, making it quick and simple to revisit the content you love.


How can I make a playlist of the lessons I like?

To create a playlist of your favorite videos on NF+, navigate to the video you want and tap the "Add to Playlist" option. You can then create a new playlist or add the video to an existing one. You can easily organize and access your personalized playlists anytime under the "My Library" section. Please note this option is only available on the NF+ mobile app.


I don’t have internet service, can I download lessons to my phone?

Yes, you can download lessons for offline viewing on your phone! Simply tap the download icon next to the video in the NF+ app. Once downloaded, you can watch the content anytime without needing internet access. All your downloaded videos will be stored in the "My Library" section under Downloads for easy access on the go. Please note this option is only available on the NF+ mobile app.


To download a video for offline play:

  1. Go to the video you wish to download for offline play.

  2. Tap on the three-dot menu

  3. Tap on Download Video

  4. Select a video download quality, if needed

  5. You will then see an alert letting you know the video is being downloaded and a date for which the download will expire. (Downloaded videos for offline play remain for 30 days)

Can I create a training plan?

Yes, in the NF+ we offer a calendar feature where you are able to place lessons and guided rides into a calendar. Simply click on the calendar icon in the app navigation, and then add videos. This supports our members in making plans and continuing their learning, even when their trainer may be away.


How often are office hours and how do I join?

Our "Office Hours" sessions with NF+ instructors like Tik Maynard happen bi-weekly, and we'll always notify you in advance about upcoming dates! To join, simply register through the link provided in the announcement or head over to the ask_our_instructors community channel (please note this channel is only viewable to current NF+ members, if you are not a member or logged in, the page will show an error). From there, you can post your question and attend the live session to get the instructor's advice. Keep an eye on your email and the NF+ community channel for updates on the next session!


I missed office hours, is there a recording to watch later?

Yes! All our "Office Hours" sessions are recorded and available on NF+. You can easily find them by browsing the catalog or using keywords like "Office Hours" to search for specific sessions. So even if you missed it live, you can catch up anytime!


How often is new content added to the website?

We add new content every month to keep things fresh, including masterclasses, office hour sessions, podcasts, and entertainment videos. You can look forward to new podcast episodes every Tuesday and lessons are typically released bi-weekly on Thursdays. There's always something exciting to explore on NF+, whether you're seeking training tips or inspirational stories from the horse world!

Managing Your Membership

How do I reset my password?

Head to https://noellefloydplus.com/sign_in and click Forgot Password. Enter your email address and click Send Instructions. Check your inbox and any spam/promotions inboxes for an email from info@noellefloyd.com. If you have not received a reset email, reach out to our Community Advocate via email info@noellefloyd.com


Can I refer a friend to receive a free month?

Yes, NF+ offers a refer-a-friend program where you can receive a free month when your friend signs up using your referral link. To participate, just share your unique link with friends, and once they subscribe, you’ll get a free month of NF+. For more details, check out the full referral process here.


Can I give a membership as a gift?

Gifting an NF+ membership is easy! Log in to NF+ and click My Account. From there, click Purchases. Click Buy a Gift Card, and follow the prompts on the screen! You can even select for the gift to be sent at a later day–say for an upcoming birthday!


How do I pause my membership?

Log in to your account and go to the Dashboard. Click on Purchases. Scroll down to locate the Active Plan and click on Manage. Click Pause under the active plan. Choose the duration of the pause. You can pause for 1, 2, or 3 months. Click Pause to finalize. Users will receive a confirmation email when their pause takes effect. Customers can only pause their membership once per 12-month period. This means they will need to wait a full 12 months to pause their membership a second time. The Pause feature is currently available for Monthly  membership. 


How do I update my payment details?

Sign in to NoelleFloydPlus.com and go to the top right corner of your screen, and hover over the downward facing arrow. Click “My Account”. Click “Purchases”. Under “Payment Method”, click the button that says “Change Payment Method”. You can enter a new card or pay with PayPal, and then click “Save Changes”.


How do I go from a monthly to an annual membership (or from annual to monthly)?

To switch from a monthly to an annual membership (or vice versa), simply go to My Account, then navigate to Purchases. Under your membership, click Manage (or Change), and you'll be able to select the membership plan and frequency that best suits you. Whether you want to upgrade to annual or switch back to monthly, it's all easily managed through your account settings!

How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership, please go to https://noellefloydplus.com/sign_in, Log in with your email and password, click on My Account at the top right, and then navigate to Purchases. Under the purchases tab, you will be able to change your card information and cancel your membership. If you need further assistance with a cancellation, please email info@noellefloyd.com.


Can I purchase my membership and activate it later?

Once you purchase a membership, your 7-day free trial will automatically be activated. Be sure to take advantage of your membership and sign in as soon as you purchase it!


I had a membership with EquestrianMasterclass, but now I am having trouble logging in to NF+. What should I do?

Please reach out to info@noellefloyd.com with your past information and a copy of your most recent receipt so we can get you all set up in NF+!
