How long do I have access to NF+?

Your membership auto-renews monthly or annually unless you pause or cancel. For example, if you join on March 2, your next charge will be April 2. You can manage your subscription anytime in your account settings.

How do I search the content?

Finding the right horse training course is easy on NF+. You can search by:

  • Trainer name

  • Video length

  • Riding discipline (like dressage, groundwork, or jumping)

  • Lesson format (guided rides, Office Hours, or masterclasses)

Use single keywords such as “horse behavior” or “rider mindset” to discover exactly what you need. Whether you're seeking foundational groundwork lessons or advanced riding videos, the filters help you get there faster.

How can I save my favorite lessons?

See something you love? Just tap the heart icon next to any video to save it to your Favorites list. Your personalized equestrian video library is always accessible under “My Library,” making it easy to revisit the content that inspires you.

How can I make a playlist of the lessons I like?

Create your own custom horse training playlists in the NF+ mobile app. Tap “Add to Playlist” on any video to organize it into a new or existing list. You’ll find all your curated content under the “My Library” tab. Perfect for structuring your weekly training or revisiting favorite rider mindset videos.

Can I watch lessons offline without internet?

Yes! NF+ supports offline viewing through the mobile app. Just:

  1. Go to the video you want

  2. Tap the three-dot menu

  3. Select “Download Video” and choose your quality

  4. Watch anywhere, anytime, downloads stay available for 30 days

Your downloaded horse training videos will appear in “Downloads” under My Library.

Can I create a training plan?

Absolutely. Use the in-app calendar feature to plan your weekly riding, horse care, or mindset sessions. Add videos directly to the calendar to stay organized and keep your equestrian education consistent, even when your trainer isn’t available.

How often are Office Hours and how do I join?

Office Hours with top trainers like Tik Maynard happen monthly and are open to all active NF+ members. To join:

  • Register via the emailed link or community post

  • Visit the “Ask Our Instructors” channel (available to logged-in members)

  • Submit your questions and tune in live for expert feedback

I missed Office Hours. Is there a recording to watch later?

Yes! All Office Hours sessions are recorded and added to the NF+ platform. Use the keyword “Office Hours” in the search bar to find and replay past sessions on your schedule.

How often is new content added to the website?

New equestrian education content is added every month. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Podcasts every Tuesday

  • New lessons (like rider fitness, groundwork, or training tips) every other Thursday

  • Special series, entertainment videos, and masterclasses added regularly

Whether you're building confidence, working on feel, or learning a new technique, there’s always something fresh in the NF+ catalog.

Why am I experiencing buffering or playback issues?

Playback problems are usually caused by a weak internet connection. We recommend a minimum speed of 25 Mbps. If you still experience issues:

  • Refresh the page

  • Try another browser

  • Clear your cache

For mobile, switching from Wi-Fi to data (or vice versa) may also help.

Managing Your Membership

How do I access my account?

Click “Sign In” at the top right of any page and enter your email. You can choose:

  • Passwordless login via a sign-in link

  • Or log in with your email and password directly

Once signed in, you’ll be able to manage your account, view your equestrian course progress, and access your saved horse training videos.

How do I reset my password?

On the login page:

  1. Click “Sign in with password”

  2. Select “Set new password”

  3. Enter your email and click “Send Instructions”

You’ll receive an email to reset your password and return to your NF+ dashboard. If passwords aren’t your thing, try the Passwordless Sign-In link instead!

How do I refer a friend and get a free month?

Share the love and earn a free month of NF+! Use your unique referral link (found under “My Account”) and send it to a friend. When they sign up for an NF+ membership, you’ll automatically receive one month free.

How do I purchase a gift subscription?

Give the gift of online horse training and rider mindset education.

  1. Scroll to the bottom of any NF+ page and click “Buy a Gift Card

  2. Log in (or create an account)

  3. Select the membership plan and gift duration

  4. Complete checkout

You’ll receive a confirmation email with the gift code and a shareable link to send your recipient.

How do I redeem a gift subscription?

Click the link provided by the gift sender. If you don’t have an account yet, you’ll be prompted to create one—then your gifted membership will activate automatically.

How do I change my membership plan or billing details?

  1. Log in and click “Profile”

  2. Navigate to “Purchases”

  3. To change your plan, click “Manage Plan”

  4. To update billing, select “Change Payment Method”

You can switch between monthly and annual plans, update your payment info, or view your transaction history anytime.

How do I pause my recurring subscription?

Need a short break? NF+ offers a pause option for monthly memberships.

  1. Go to “Profile” > “Purchases”

  2. Under “Active Plan,” click “Manage”

  3. Select “Pause” and choose 1, 2, or 3 months

You’ll receive a confirmation email when the pause takes effect. This can only be done once per 12-month period.

How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel:

  1. Log in and go to “My Account”

  2. Click “Purchases”

  3. Choose the cancel option

Can I purchase a membership and activate it later?

Memberships activate immediately upon purchase. Be sure to sign in and start exploring our online horse community and equestrian video courses right away.

Can I create multiple accounts with the same email?

No—each email address can only be linked to one NF+ account. If you’re having trouble logging in, try using the “Forgot Password” option.

What is your refund policy?

You can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase if you’re not completely satisfied. To qualify:

  • The request must be within 30 days of the transaction

  • Include your order number and reason

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear

  • Content already accessed may not be eligible for full refund

Troubleshooting Your Account

Why is my credit card being declined?

Some cards restrict online or recurring subscription purchases. If your card is declined:

  • Contact your card provider

  • Ensure recurring payments are allowed

  • Try a different card if needed

I had an Equestrian Masterclass membership—how do I access NF+?

Email us at info@noellefloyd.com with your name and a copy of your most recent receipt. We’ll help you transition your membership and get you set up in NF+.
