What is included in an NF+ membership?
An NF+ membership includes access to an incredible catalog of videos and live events. An NF+ membership costs $19.99 per month or $199 per year, giving you:

New content added every month – including masterclasses, webinars, podcasts and more.
A savings of $40 with the annual plan , equal to two free months.

How long do I have access to NF+?
As long as you're an NF+ member, you’ll have unlimited access to the entire library—our Masterclasses, podcasts, Guided, Rides, Office Hours, and entertainment videos are always at your fingertips! Nothing ever expires and new content is added every month.
If you decide to end your membership, though, you’ll lose access to all the amazing content, and the supportive community group. So stay with us, and keep learning, growing, and connecting with your horse and fellow riders!
When does my membership expire?
Your membership won’t actually expire—it will auto-renew at the end of each billing period, whether it's monthly or annually, unless you pause or cancel it beforehand. For example, if you signed up for a monthly membership on March 2nd, it would renew on April 2nd. It’s easy to manage your membership through your account settings whenever you need to!
What disciplines is NF+ for?
NF+ began to connect riders with top trainers in the Olympic disciplines, but now has expanded to a platform with education for horsemen of all disciplines and backgrounds. Not only do we offer education in riding and training, but general horsemanship, behavior, mindset, fitness, and horse care.
How much content does NF+ have?
NF+ offers an impressive selection of over 75+ Masterclasses and Courses, 125 guided rides spread across 12 different collections, and more than 800 videos and counting! With new content added every month, there's always something fresh and exciting to explore. Dive in and enhance your horsemanship journey with this fantastic library of resources!

Navigating Content and Courses
How do I search the content?
NF+ makes it easy to find the content you need with a variety of search options. You can browse by trainer, video length, categories, and more. Use single keywords like “trailering” or apply filters to narrow down exactly what you're looking for—whether it's a specific lesson or a topic that suits your current focus!
How can I save my favorite lessons?
To save your favorite lessons or videos on NF+, simply click the heart icon next to the video. This will add it to your Favorites list for easy access later. You can find all your saved favorites under the "My Library" section, making it quick and simple to revisit the content you love.
How can I make a playlist of the lessons I like?
To create a playlist of your favorite videos on NF+, navigate to the video you want and tap the "Add to Playlist" option. You can then create a new playlist or add the video to an existing one. You can easily organize and access your personalized playlists anytime under the "My Library" section. Please note this option is only available on the NF+ mobile app.
I don’t have internet service, can I download lessons to my phone?
Yes, you can download lessons for offline viewing on your phone! Simply tap the download icon next to the video in the NF+ app. Once downloaded, you can watch the content anytime without needing internet access. All your downloaded videos will be stored in the "My Library" section under Downloads for easy access on the go. Please note this option is only available on the NF+ mobile app.
To download a video for offline play:
Go to the video you wish to download for offline play.
Tap on the three-dot menu
Tap on Download Video
Select a video download quality, if needed
You will then see an alert letting you know the video is being downloaded and a date for which the download will expire. (Downloaded videos for offline play remain for 30 days)
Can I create a training plan?
Yes, in the NF+ we offer a calendar feature where you are able to place lessons and guided rides into a calendar. Simply click on the calendar icon in the app navigation, and then add videos. This supports our members in making plans and continuing their learning, even when their trainer may be away.
How often are office hours and how do I join?
Our "Office Hours" sessions with NF+ instructors like Tik Maynard happen monthly, and we'll always notify you in advance about upcoming dates!
To join, simply register through the link provided in the announcement or head over to the ask_our_instructors community channel (please note this channel is only viewable to current NF+ members, if you are not a member or logged in, the page will show an error). From there, you can post your question and attend the live session to get the instructor's advice. Keep an eye on your email and the NF+ community channel for updates on the next session!
I missed office hours, is there a recording to watch later?
Yes! All our "Office Hours" sessions are recorded and available on NF+. You can easily find them by browsing the catalog or using keywords like "Office Hours" to search for specific sessions. So even if you missed it live, you can catch up anytime!
How often is new content added to the website?
We add new content every month to keep things fresh, including masterclasses, office hour sessions, podcasts, and entertainment videos. You can look forward to new podcast episodes every Tuesday and lessons are typically released bi-weekly on Thursdays. There's always something exciting to explore on NF+, whether you're seeking training tips or inspirational stories from the horse world!
Why am I experiencing buffering or playback issues?
Buffering or playback issues are often related to your internet connection. We recommend a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for smooth streaming. You can also try refreshing the page, using a different browser, or clearing your cache.
Managing Your Membership
To access your account, click Sign In at the top right of the page and enter your email address. You can request a sign-in link be sent to your email address to sign in without the need for your password or you can enter your password without requesting a sign-in link.
On the Sign In page, click Sign in with password and then click on set new password, enter the email associated with your account, and click Send Instructions.
The instruction email will arrive in your inbox shortly. In the email, click Reset Password, and you will be directed to select a new password before being redirected to the catalog page.
If you have trouble remembering your password, you can also use our Passwordless Sign-In option by requesting a Sign-In Link on the login page.
How do I refer a friend to receive a free month?
Yes, NF+ offers a refer-a-friend program where you can receive a free month when your friend signs up using your referral link. To participate, just share your unique link with friends, and once they subscribe, you’ll get a free month of NF+. You can find your unique link under My Account in your profile.
How do I purchase a gift subscription?
Gifting an NF+ membership is easy! To purchase a gift subscription, scroll to the bottom of any page on the website and click “Buy a Gift Card” in the footer.
You’ll need to log into your account or create one if you don’t already have one. Then, select the subscription or bundle you’d like to gift, choose the duration of the gift, and complete your purchase by entering your payment details.
After purchasing, you’ll receive a confirmation page and a confirmation email with the gift code, and a shareable link that you can send to your recipient.
How do I pause my recurring subscription?
To manage your subscription, log into your account and click Profile at the top right. Then, select Purchases. Scroll down to locate the Active Plan and click on Manage. Click Pause under the active plan. Choose the duration of the pause. You can pause for 1, 2, or 3 months. Click Pause to finalize.
Users will receive a confirmation email when their pause takes effect. Customers can only pause their membership once per 12-month period. This means they will need to wait a full 12 months to pause their membership a second time. The Pause feature is currently available for Monthly memberships only.
How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your membership, Log in with your email and password, click on My Account at the top right, and then navigate to Purchases. Under the purchases tab, you will be able to change your card information and cancel your membership.

Can I purchase my membership and activate it later?
Once you purchase a membership, your membership will automatically be activated. Be sure to take advantage of your membership and sign in as soon as you purchase it!
I had a membership with EquestrianMasterclass, but now I am having trouble logging in to NF+. What should I do?
