Hey everyone, I am flying down to Florida tomorrow to meet up with some of our instructors and record MORE podcasts for DhW. I’m gonna be in Ocala for the League of Nations week and then I’ll be in Wellington the week after. Then I’m flying to Los Angeles and I’ll be in San Diego and in Aroyyo Grande, CA - March 27- April 4th. Who’s all there? I’d love to connect with some of our members 🌴☀️🤠

We will have some events on, which I’d love to give some tickets away to members and I’ll have a few DhW swag items that haven’t even launched yet - that I want to give away. Lemme know - hit me up!!!

Traffic cones are the easiest and most moveable. You can even get the really tall ones.

Hey Kelly. I’ve seen people use garbage bins with lids on or without, mounting blocks, traffic cones. You could also use natural obstacles like a log or a large rock or a wood stump.
