I vote definitely yes but I think they could be improved!Most the courses I've watched so far have the workbook saying a time period you should work on each training program (usually 1-2 times a week for one month) but this information is all scattered and but with each exercise.  It would be nice to have the "program" laid out a little more neatly and the journal prompts you are supposed to fill out every ride in there too!  A lot of the workbooks have questions to answer but then the just list the journal prompts all in a clump.  It would be cool to have a printable planner to go with them!
